The starfish story
We can't change every child's life.
But we can change this one.
A man walks along a beach covered in thousands of stranded starfish. A boy is throwing them back into the sea, one by one. The man laughs - "There are thousands. You can't possibly make a difference."
The boy picks up another starfish and throws it back. "Made a difference to that one," he says.
